How the templates are built
Each template is a small data file: the columns, the tick boxes, the placeholders and the sources. The same file renders the on-screen sheet, the print layout and the plain-text copy, so the three never drift apart. Where a sheet quotes a figure, such as how many days a pen may stay out of the refrigerator or how long you have to file an appeal, the figure is copied from the label or the agency page on the date in the footer.
What the templates never do
They never print a dose. The dose column on every log says what it is for: the dose as written by your prescriber. They do not grade your symptoms clinically, do not decide whether you should continue or stop, and do not replace your pharmacy's instructions for a compounded product. Compounded drugs are not FDA approved and are not interchangeable with brand products.
